Refund policy

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Each piece is made individually when you order, due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. In the case of a defective or damaged item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order with supporting evidence (photos, etc.).

 

REFUNDS

A refund will be given as a last resort if the piece received is faulty. Refunds are only possible within 30 days of the original purchase.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Written notification of your intention to cancel your order must be received by us within 12 hours of placing your order.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
