FAQ
SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all UK addresses and shipped via Royal Mail.
International shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund. Customers are advised to check their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
RESIZING
Resizing is available on most pieces. A £20 resizing fee applies, excluding shipping. Resizing can take up to 4 weeks. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering shipping costs to and from the studio. Some designs may not be suitable for resizing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are not generally accepted. This reflects the time and materials involved in producing each item specifically upon request. If you believe your situation is exceptional, please get in touch and this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please make contact within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are only issued where an item is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Bespoke and custom pieces are non-returnable. A bespoke piece refers to any item that has been altered from the original design, including stone selection, metal type or finish. These pieces are made specifically to order and cannot be resold.
REPAIRS
If anything happens to your piece, please feel free to get in touch. I am always happy to assess and repair items where possible. Costs will depend on the work required and will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
OWN MATERIALS
Customer-supplied stones can be used, provided they are compatible with the design. Gold can be supplied and used for casting through my casting partner, though an additional fee will apply. At present, customer-supplied silver cannot be reused. To discuss any custom order please contact me here.
CARE
Caring for your solid silver and gold pieces. Use warm soapy water and a soft toothbrush to clean your jewellery, especially behind stone settings where residue can build up. Store your jewellery in an airtight space when not being worn to slow down tarnishing. If tarnish appears, gently restore the shine with a polishing cloth. Remove jewellery before bathing, sleeping or exercising to protect both metal and stones.
